Hello all the families
Welcome to babies two for this beautiful Tuesday. Miss. Hansani welcomed all children in the morning and Mss. Jess also joined with us as we combined with babies one room today. So Miller and Charlie had fun with their friends from next door.
We started our day playing outside with Miss. Talia and everyone enjoyed the nice weather while playing. Noah, Finley and Elliana enjoyed reading books while sitting around the table and Miller and Charlie enjoyed playing with dolls. Cameron enjoyed bagging the little cups on the table and walk by holding the fence. Max and Thomas loved to watch horses over the fence.
After having our morning tea, we came back to our busy play outside. It’s the second day doing more sensory activities this week. So, Miss. Hansani and Miss. Jess arranged an awesome bubble play putting some paints, dishwashing liquid, and water together. Then Miss. Hansani blowed air using a straw into the water to make bubble through the tub. All the bubbles started to come out continuously and we decided to convert this sensory activity into a painting. So, we put a white paper on the bubbles to create a nice painting.
We had our big lunch after busy messy play outdoor. We enjoyed reading books in the afternoon. Children loved the sensory dinosaur book as they can touch the animals and feel them. Children could engage in another amazing sensory activity today. Miss. Hansani made some coloured ice cubes as we are focusing to explore lot of sensory activities. Children enjoyed spread the colours using melting ice cubes.
