♥ GOOD AFTERNOON BABIES 1 & 2!! ♥
We hope you all had an amazing weekend. We have had a great day today. Miss T’arn and Oskar came to spend the day in Babies 2 with their Babies 2 friends today! We spent the morning exploring the building blocks and stacking rings and enjoyed reading ” Peek-a-Boo” “That’s not my puppy” and “Milo Goes Banana’s” with Miss Hansani. Miss Hansani brought these new books in today for the children and they love them. After some fun exploring inside and enjoying our yummy morning tea we went outside to explore some sensory play. Miss Hansani made us some Goop to play explore. Olive and Oskar were excited and got straight into the goop covering their hands, arms, feet and legs and also had a taste of the goop. They were so excited. Olive was saying “wow!!” over and over again whilst Oskar couldn’t get the smile of his face. Parker enjoyed putting her hands in the goop and played with it for a little while before moving away to do some climbing instead. Valencia didn’t like the goop at first and asked if she could wash her hands. After getting her hands washed she came and sat on Miss T’arn’s lap and observed Miss T’arn and Oskar playing in the goop. She watched on as Miss T’arn picked up the goop in her hands and let it slide off her hands back onto the tray. After watching for about 5 minutes Valencia lent forward and put her finger in the goop and then showed Miss T’arn with a smile. She then started to put more fingers and then eventually her hand. It was so amazing to watch all the different reactions and see how they react differently to this activity. We are so proud of our friends. Miss Hansani blew some bubbles for the children outside before we went in to get washed up and ready for some lunch. They love bubbles.
