Good afternoon to all our amazing families! And welcome back to this terrific Tuesday 😊
Oh, what a terrific Tuesday we have all had! Our babies loved starting their morning exploring our outdoor learning environment, alongside their friends. Soaking up the lovely sunshine alongside Miss Lilly and Miss Stacey, we are both immensely proud, to see all our babies enhancing both their fine, and gross motor skills!
We also enjoyed some indoor outdoor play, which offers the babies their individual choice to do as they please, this is giving them a sense of independence and own choice. We had Parker, Luna and Olive drawn to the sandpit, where they loved to throw sand around and of course taste test it 😊 Then we had Oliver, Peyton and Charlie, drawn to the reading corner where they loved flipping through the pages learning colours and numbers 😊
Shortly after, we all sat down together for a lovely wholesome lunch, we all enjoyed our delicious roast vegetables, fish, and a colourful salad made by our amazing chief David! 😊
Today Miss Lilly and Miss Stacey, have planned another amazing group sensory learning experience for us, interweaving creative arts. We stepped into a tray that had paint in it, we then made footprints on the paper, and then washed our feet in warm soapy water. It is clear, that our children love discovering different ways to be creative, and expressive through a variety of different learning experiences, that not only sparks joy, but also engages all our senses. Luna, Charlie, Peyton, Olive, Parker and Oliver absolutely loved this creative process so very much! 😊
Overall, today in the Babies One room we have encountered a variety of stimulating activities for our babies to enjoy, and to also spark their development in the most positive, and exciting way possible. But most importantly we had smiles and laughter to carry us through this wonderful Tuesday 😊
