♥♥ HELLO BABIES 2!! ♥♥
We have had such a great day today. Miss T’arn and Miss Hope welcomed, Finley, Noah, Avery, Halle, Thomas, Liz, and Cameron this morning!! We had lots of fun exploring outside. Before heading outside Cameron, Finley and Noah told Miss T’arn they needed their hats. The children are taking responsibility for their own health and wellbeing and recognising routine. Miss Jena gave us some of the snow she made with her Babies 3 friends. The children enjoyed feeling the texture of the snow in their hands and their fingers. Miss T’arn told the children they couldn’t eat the snow as it was made from baking soda and conditioner for your hair. Finley repeated “don’t eat” to Miss T’arn. The children had lots of fun playing in the snow and did really well not eating it. Finley and Cameron were sitting together back to back and singing row row and rocking back and forth, they would pretend to fall down and laugh at each other. Halle and Liz were sitting on top of the box together and giving each other cuddles and kisses then smiling at us. The children have been interacting with one another more lately and building relationships. We have continued our Christmas activities today. Miss Hope took the children inside one by one to do the activity. There is no photos of the activity we are doing at the moment as it is a surprise!!
Miss T’arn has been talking to the children about using their gentle hands and looking at their friends and how they are feeling when they get hurt. She explained to the children that when they hurt others it makes their friends feel very sad. We having been talking about being kind to our friends to help them understand that hurting each other isn’t nice and makes others feel sad and hurt. After talking about being gentle we sang some songs and danced to Christmas Carols!
