I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!! Miss T’arn and Miss Otavia welcomed Finley, Liz, Avery, Cameron, Halle and Skyla to our yard this morning where they enjoyed exploring the outdoor area, climbing on the climbing equipment, sliding down the slide (the children are so brave on all the equipment),pushing the trolleys, riding bikes and singing along to some songs with Miss Otavia. We went inside to enjoy some yummy yoghurt, fruit and sultana’s for morning tea, YUMMMMYY!!

After morning tea Miss T’arn set up some new rubber blocks and stacking cups on the mat for the children to explore. Thank you Miss Emma!! This was such a beautiful moment watching the children observe and explore quietly with the new resources. Working out how to connect the blocks together and stacking the rings inside each other or stacking them on top of one another to build a big tower. Miss T’arn sat with the children and showed them how to build them. After she built the tower of cups Finley and Liz enjoyed knocking it over. These activities are great for the children’s Cognitive Development, Fine Motor Skills and Hand-Eye Co-ordination as they have to think about how the activity works and try moving the blocks and cups around to fit together.

Once the children finished exploring the new activity, we put on some wiggles for the children to dance and sing. They got so EXCITED!!! The were all up and dancing and laughing together. Halle was dancing in her seat while having her morning tea, it was such a great time and we ALL loved it. We love getting our bodies moving! Finley got so excited he took his pants off and put them on his head and wore them like a hat, this made us giggle!!

There were far too many great photo’s to choose from so today there are lots!!! I hope you love them as much as we do!

Thank you all for a wonderful day friends!!! Have a great evening!!

Much Love, Miss T’arn and Miss Otavia
