♥♥ HELLO BABIES 2!! ♥♥
Happy Monday everyone, we hope you all had a great weekend. We welcomed all the children this morning with big cuddles and Finley told us all about his trip to SeaWorld! He told us about how he seen some sharks and fish while he was there. He was so excited to tell everyone. After we went inside for Morning Tea we opened the doors for the children to enjoy some indoor/outdoor play. We welcomed Bella-Rose from BB1 into our classroom today. She will be with us on Wednesdays. She did so well being in a new classroom with new teachers and friends. She really enjoyed singing “row row your boat” with Miss T’arn.
As this week is NAIDOC week we did a fun creative art activity with the children, using only nature colors like red, black and brown and allowing the children to dip the finger into the paint and paint them on a piece of paper. All the children really enjoyed this art activity and being able to use their finger and hands to paint. whilst we were doing this art activity we were also listening to many different indigenes songs that the children loved dancing and moving around to.
For group time this morning Miss T’arn sung some nursery rhymes and actions songs while awaiting for our lunch to arrive. All the children followed along with the actions to the songs, for example the children started clapping when singing “if your happy and you know it clap your hands”
Hope you all have a great evening!!
Much Love, Miss T’arn and Miss Hope ♥♥
