Hello Families, welcome to our day!
Today we had a really nice day. Just at the beginning of the day we had only girls at the room. Girl power! Peyton, Avery, Charlie and Liz get along to play with the dolls. We all choose our favourite dolls and put them on the table with us. Charlie served tea for her baby, and Peyton pet hers to sleep. We all demonstrated lots of sense of caring, and kindness.
For the morning tea we had fresh triple berries jelly and yogurt. It was delicious.
Guess who`s with us again today? Charlie boy! Now he have a friend Charlie girl and a friend Charlie boy. And he had so much fun! He loved the outside area, and mostly pushing all kinds of trolleys. We learned a lot about playing along today! And guess who seems to become really really good friends? You`re right! Charlie and Charlie!
After playing outside miss Vanessa made a group activity with us all talking about feelings. We made different faces that we use to express or feelings. Mad, Sad, Happy and Surprised were the feelings we`ve studied today.
Also, since this week is “International Mother language week”, we decided to learn more about our friends backgrounds, and make some paintings to express that. Did you Know Liz background is Brazilian? And Charlie girl had roots in France and Ireland! So cool. Also the family of our friend Avery is all Australian. Isn`t nice to know more about our friends?
After lunch is finally resting time and we are ready to take a big nap and recover our energies. We’ll have more fun at the afternoon.
