Good afternoon babies 3 families,
Happy Friday! This morning we had an indoor outdoor morning. Some friends decided to stay inside crawling through the tunnel, reading our new Dear Zoo floor book, working together to complete our animal and numbers puzzles and bouncing on the donkey’s. Outside other friends enjoyed the sandpit, riding the bikes, pushing the animal pushers and mowing the lawns.
We then got ready for morning tea. Today we had homemade custard with fresh fruit.
After morning tea we went straight outside to enjoy the beautiful weather. Ariana, Ivy and Lincoln loved singing row row row your boat and rocking back and forth with Miss Talia, Lara and Orion loved digging in the sandpit. We also ventured out to the big yard, this is everyone’s favourite having a big run around and climbing, crawling, balancing and jumping on the obstacles. We have also been practising our throw to a target and catching. Catching has been quite difficult for some friends but it has been amazing to see them improve on this so quickly. So many laughs out in the yard today.
Then we went inside to complete our reconciliation week collage of the Aboriginal flag. We love celebrating cultural milestones.
We then had lunch, today we had pizza and veggies. yum yum!
After lunch we had a well needed rest before a fun afternoon of play.
