Good afternoon babies 3 families,
Happy Floral Friday! We loved to see all the beautiful flower outfits today, this will be the last Friday of every month. Inside today we had so much fun singing songs with Miss Lilly, reading books with Miss Jelena and painting with Miss Talia. Our 2 favorite books were ‘the hungry caterpillar’, and ‘we’re going on a bear hunt’. Today to celebrate Floral Friday we used flower shapes and dipped them in paint and pushed them onto the paper. We also enjoyed a range of self select activities including, train table, home corner, doctors, blocks and animals.
Outside today we had lots of fun running around, building sandcastles in the sandpit, climbing the obstacles, riding the bikes and looking after the babies. We also had fun trying to catch a ball, this is a difficult task for us but we have so much fun challenging ourselves.
For morning tea today we had fruit toast and fruit, lunch was our favorite chicken nuggets and roast veggies with salad, and after a big much needed rest we will have some afternoon tea and enjoy a big play before going home.
