Good afternoon babies 3 families,
Today was very warm and sunny so we ventured out to the shaded yard for a big run around. The children enjoyed sand play today adding cool water to help build sandcastles and cool down our feet, Sliding down the slide, climbing on the obstacle, participating in Aboriginal dot painting and riding the bikes and pushing the lawn mowers. The children also had so much fun kicking the balls and chasing after them.
Inside today the children chose an area of play, some friends enjoyed role play in home corner while others enjoyed animal area. Some friends read books with their educators and others played at our train table. For group time today we had a discussion on our dot painting and together practiced our Aboriginal greeting song.
For morning tea today we had fresh fruit and fruit pancakes, lunch was yummy chicken curry with rice and salad and after a big rest we will have afternoon tea and enjoy a fun afternoon play.
