Good afternoon families😊
Welcome to babies one. Miss.Hansani and Miss.Lilly welcomed Daris, Olive, Oliver, Parker, Charlie and Peyton in the morning. Children spent most of day exploring indoor activities as it is cold outside today. We started our day having some yummy jelly, yoghurt and fruits for the morning tea. Then we sat in the book corner to read a story as our group time activity. Miss.Lilly read ‘’the ugly duckling’’ again in the morning and Miss.Hansani read ‘’the hungry caterpillar’’ in the afternoon.
Today we continued doing our mini books for the book week. Children had their turn to colour the pages using different colours so we can use this to recognise the colours. They loved doing finger painting.
Before the lunch time, we opened the doors and allowed them to choose any activity indoor or outdoor. All the kids ran to the door and couldn’t wait to engage with the activities. Children enjoyed climbing, crawling and running around the yard developing their gross motor skills.
We had such a nice day today…
