Hello and welcome to this lovely first day of Spring 🌺🌻☀️. This morning the children continued with making Fathers Day cards, expressing their love through drawing and writing. A quick play Outdoors, Jordan and Lucas continued their soccer rally’s up in the treehouse. Not long outside due to hazy smoke so we moved into Kindy 2 room. The children’s spontaneous play was dramatic story lines in home corner, making pizzas and serving customers. Maths skills with the play money as they made up prices and counted. A game of hide and seek. Hiding under costumes and behind chairs and tables. Taking turns to count and find their friends is always a favourite playtime for them. More Fathers Day cards were made before a Group game of ISpy. Transitioning to school with catch the ball and name something your Dad likes.
A busy afternoon as we got to finish more Fathers Day craft. Children creatively added extra pictures and loving words to their craft. Once finished they chose the songs and sang along to the music. Construction of rubber band boards, wooden tracks, magnetic shapes. Very proud of how everyone contributed to tidy the room before going outside into the playground for running games that incorporated kicking the soccer ball.
Thanks for visiting the OSHC page, and a really huge Thankyou filled with lots of love for the well wishes and presses I received for Educators day ❤️❤️❤️🥰❤️❤️❤️.
Talk to you again soon, take care. Miss Lea 🦋🌻❤️💚
