Welcome to Wednesday’s Blog

This morning we stayed inside as the weather was very hot! That didn’t stop the children from having fun as they explored the kindergarten classroom experiences such as the cars, free drawing, home corner, building connector blocks, small world farm animal play and large foam dominos.

Miss Lyn set up a fun Christmas lights finger painting activity where the children dipped their fingers into the paint and then onto a swirly line drawn on their paper to create colourful lights. They look great! The class are really enjoying all of the Christmas craft that we have been doing. We are looking forward to our Christmas Party tomorrow at 4:30-6 with a visit from Santa around 5:15 😊 Don’t forget to put your name on the RSVP list on our classroom front door if you would like to come. Just a reminder that only 2 adults per child are allowed to come due to COVID restrictions.

The group were excited to have a play in the sandpit and shaded mud kitchen area before lunch to let some energy out. Our soccer friends all had a great lesson practicing some drills, passing the ball to a partner and playing a colour matching running game.

Have a wonderful afternoon
