Happy Friday families and friends. On my arrival into the playground this morning I was greeted Some very wonderful little superheroes, who were super excited because it was windy and blowing the leaves everywhere. This sparked an idea! I asked my friends if they would like collect some leaves for us to use for one of our indoor activities. Once inside we sat on the mat with Miss Livia and watched a short video called Teeny Tiny Stevies – Boss Of Our Own Bodies for Child Protection Week. The children really enjoyed listening to the song about being boss of their own bodies. After this we said our Acknowledgement To Country and listed to Miss Lyn read “Baa Baa Blue Sheep” a book about sharing. Then it was activity time and our Windy Day Collage utilising the leaves the children had gathered to glues onto various coloured paper. Also on offer we had , playdough, magnetic connectors, construction from the recycle box, car play and then it was time for Funky Feet Dance Class with Miss Jeni….. After our afternoon tea we will be looking at what some of our friends did on the weekend. We wish you all a wonderful weekend. See you all again on Monday.
