Hello everyone, and a big welcome to the Pre Kindy room…and to 2020! Educators for this year are Miss Donna and Miss Livia, and we so look forward to getting to know you all better over the coming months.
Today we had a small group of friends with us – hello Jaxon, Marlie, Indi, Kaylee, Chi and Ivy. All our new children settled in really well to the new space today. We had lots of fun activities to engage with, including –
Playdough with star cookie cutters and rolling pins
Small Lego construction
Role play in kitchen corner – this quickly became a case of buying produce (with coloured discs for money and cash registers)
Toy cars and boats on the large foam road tiles
Painting at the easel with assorted acrylic paints
Feeding baby dolls and teddies with bottles and covering them (and our friends!) in blankets
Wooden doll’s house and accessories
