Good afternoon to all our Pre-Kindy families, and welcome to terrific Tuesday! We have had an exciting day today, with lots of dancing and movement, followed by Yoga and stretches, and then sharing Aboriginal and African story books with all our friends.
Following this, we enjoyed the following play-based experiences:
– Making funny people from playdough and a variety of different plastic body parts, shoes, hats etc
– Working with our friends to make a series of complex railway tracks and bridges to use with wooden trains
– Group painting/collage with acrylic paints and small cardboard squares/sequins..this then became sensory hand painting/hand printing!
– Cooking up a storm in the kitchen corner
– Making cakes and meals outside in the mud kitchen
