Happy Friday families!!
Hoping you are all having a fantastic day! We began this Friday with a lovely big play outside in the yard. The children really enjoyed playing tag up in the treehouse, climbing on the dome, riding the bikes and playing connect 4!
When it was time to come inside, we sat down on the mat ready for some songs and a story with Miss Tatyana. We all sat so nicely and joined in on singing our Good Morning songs and listened intently to the Aussie Christmas story; some friends even shared what they do on Christmas Day!
Then it was time for some yummy morning tea which Senior Kindy gobbled all up and were ready to do some fun activities at the tables and explore the classroom. Today we enjoyed sensory play with play-dough and making our very own shapes and explaining to Miss Jade what they had made. The children also enjoyed dress ups and the ribbons and we had a lovely dance party to Christmas Songs! We then had even more dancing for our Funky Feet lesson, where we danced and learned actions to some more Christmas songs and got all of our wriggles out in time for lunch and rest time.
Senior Kindy would also like to thank Miss Danna for all of her help, love and support as one of our educators. We are all very sad to see her go and wish her nothing but the best for her future endeavors. We will miss you Miss Danna! <3
