Good afternoon Senior Kindy Families and Friends. Today we welcomed Skylah to our senior kindy family. She has had a great day, making new friends and engaging in lots of fun activities. Outdoors this morning our senior kindy friends chose to ride the bikes, draw on the chalk board, build with the connector blocks as well as play in the sandpit and on the swings with their friends. Once we transitioned indoors, our friends ate a yummy morning tea before starting our day. It is book week this week and we started our celebrations with Miss Leesa reading the book called “The Book Week Monster”, which the children really enjoyed. We will continue our journey with books all week. Some of our friends chose to come dressed as characters out of their own favourite books. Other indoor experiences included – jigsaw puzzles, car track play, building blocks, magnetic tiles, farm house role play, Lego construction, home area play and Yoga with Miss Hayley.
