Hello families and friends…
This morning we started our day with ‘show and tell’ as some of our friends confidently greeted their peers with a ‘good morning’ and then proudly showed off their items from home. We engaged in conversation during Yarn Time about our Halloween festivities this week including all the fun experiences the children will be offered throughout the week. Today we created collage pumpkins using our glue sticks, paper plates and recycled paper. Some friends played dress-ups in Miss Leesa’s witches hats and also decided the pumpkin buckets worked well as hat too. Story time today we shared ‘Room on the Broom’. We thought this would be a fun Halloween themed story to share for the rest of the week. The children also engaged in conversation as we all shared what costume we would like to play dress-ups in for Halloween. The popular options today included Spiderman and Rapunzel. We can”t wait to see what everyone decides for the rest of the week…
