Hello families and friends…

Well… What a wonderfully busy day of fun and play in the Senior Kindy room today. The children had so much fun exploring and socialising and making personal choices of their favourite experiences. Today we continued on with celebrating NAIDOC Week as the children helped identify a variety different Aboriginal symbols including rain, a rainbow, a campsite, boomerang, witchetty grubs, honey ant and a digging stick. Miss Lyn then carefully painted the children’s favourite symbol that they had chosen on their hand. The children proudly showed off the symbols to their peers.

Other play experiences today included transport play, dress up play in home corner, sensory play dough play with the paddle pop sticks, drawing on the chalkboards, building with the lego and magnetic tiles, doll house play and singing some of our favourite new songs for yarn time including ‘On Top of Spaghetti’ and ‘Little Cottage in the Woods’.

Enjoy the photos…
