Hello Riversdale families,
We have had a fun filled day and happy start as we welcomed one another with some of our fun costumes in the spirit of Halloween! Your costumes looked amazing!
After we had our morning group time with Miss Tatyana, we re-energized our bodies with some morning tea!
We then got to participate in some cool Halloween activities that involved lots of arts and craft, materials and painting! We enjoyed getting into the spirit together 🙂 We then got to see all of our Halloween inspired artwork hung up in our hallway! There was our skeletons, ghosts and pumpkins that we have all enjoyed making throughout this week 🙂
Soon after, got our weekly visit from Mr Daniel for our ARAKAN Lesson! We loved getting involved in today’s lesson and had great listening skills and enthusiasm! Well done Senior Kindy 🙂
After packing away all of our mess and having a quick play outside, we got ourselves ready for lunch and rest time by transitioning onto the mat for our afternoon group time. Miss Tatyana read us two of our favorite books that was have been enjoying this week, ‘Room on the Broom’ and ‘Lion Inside’. Both stories had great meanings while also helped encourage our excitement for Halloween!
Thank you friends for an awesome Thursday! We had lots of games, decorations, dancing and Halloween fun throughout the center especially today! We hope you guys enjoyed it 🙂
