Hello Toddler One families and friends and Happy Friday. Today we continued settling back into and exploring our toddler room environment. We also welcomed our new friend Harrison who enjoyed a painting experience as well as playing with the playdough, while making new friends. Other activities the children engaged in today included, cooking a bbq in home corner, construction using the Lego, making long train tracks (the children like to revisit these activities), dress ups was also popular, in particular the fireman’s outfit. We listened to the story “There’s a Hippopotamus On Our Roof Eating Cake” and then we sang some of our nursery rhymes.
