Good afternoon Families and Friends. Happy Friday! Today we combined with Toddler Two room for the day, as Kindergarten Graduation is taking place in our room this evening. We wish all the Kindergarten children good luck and best wishes for their next adventure at Prep. This mornings activities included puzzles, which were popular with Alek and Ivy, who chatted to each other about colours as they completed them. Then after morning tea, we applied sunscreen and our hats venturing out to the new Babies yard for a play. The sandpit was the focal point with everyone excited to dig and build castles. William decided it would be loads of fun to fill a boat with sand, as he proudly showed Miss Lyn what he was doing. Playing chase with the balls was also popular. Then Miss Jen came out for us to do dance class, the children love dancing to the Freeze Song and Shake Your Tail Feather while flicking the pom poms around to the beat of the music. Other activities we enjoyed today were – more artwork using recycled bottles as our paintbrushes, creating fancy patterns across our paper. Reading books, singing songs and building with blocks.
