Happy Monday families and friends…
Today in the Toddler room the children were excited to explore the indoor environment and choose some of their favourite play experiences. Banjo spent time engaging in role-play in home corner washing the baby in the sink. Madelyn and Rosie played along side each other taking care of the babies and feeding them with the milk bottles. Colton and Kyro played in pairs with the doll house, choosing their favourite furniture for the house to play. The children were then given the opportunity to engage in Christmas themed art and craft experiences and sensory playdough play. These experinces both encourage the children’s fine motor skills, use of imagination and expression of creativity.
