Happy Thursday families and friends. today we engaged in child initiated and spontaneous experiences, during which construction became a theme. From creating our little town, to building with the Lego set and the magnetic connectors, during which there was lots of chit chat and laughter. Other experiences we enjoyed today included, role play in home area, as our new kitchen has become very popular, looking at each other and the pot plants through the magnifying glasses, reading quietly in book area, arts and crafts, where we painted some snowflakes made out of paddle pop sticks that Miss Donna kindly gave to us, then Christmas stamping with the play dough. Yarntime today, the children chose the book Macca’s Christmas Crackers for Miss Leesa to read. Then it was time for Arakan with Mr Daniel …. what a fun morning we have had.
