Hello families and friends! Happy Thursday!!
This morning after applying sunscreen and putting our hats and shoes on we went for a play in the newly refurbished babies yard ….Yay! We loved digging in the sandpit as well as measuring the sand into cups. we also took turns kicking balls around the yard, while chasing them with our friends. Watching the renovation work of our Toddler yard progressing was also of interest to a few friends. Our indoor activities today included building with the wooden blocks with Miss Steph. Our artwork activity with Miss Lyn, was using recycled gift roll tubing to create fancy patterns across our paper, that looked like starbursts. “Sing Twinkle Star” said Ivy, while doing this activity. We then had Mr Dan come for our weekly martial arts lesson – Arakan, which the children enjoy. Other activities included, singing our nursery rhymes, looking at books in book area, and listening to our favourite story books, The Very Noisy Bear & Brown Bear Brown Bear.
