Happy Halloween families and friends!!!
Today in the Toddler room the children were excited to help decorate the Halloween themed biscuits for tonight’s festivities at kindy. The children helped carefully spread the bright orange frosting onto the biscuits and then decorate using a variety of pretty treats. The children were very proud of their achievement as they displayed their colourful biscuits on the tray.
Other experiences today included construction play with the lego set, train track building and constructing with the magnetic set. Role play with the baby dolls in home corner was popular as well as sharing books in our cosy book corner. Sensory playdough play was great fun as well as expressing our creativity using the crayons for drawing. Yarn time we shared some of our favourite songs and rhymes with actions before enjoying our favourite meal of the week, ‘nachos’.
