Good afternoon families,
We welcomed our friends Ivy, Lachlan, Dominic, Onyx, Nayla, Abel, Millie, Parker, Nikora into our yard! We have been having so much fun all day with our little friends spending most of our day outdoors engaging with lots of activities and going on adventures to explore all possibilities of play. The children loved the obstacle course, the sandpit with water play. This morning after free play our friends transitioned inside to wash hands and then had morning outside!
As it is halloween this week, for our group activity our friends coloured in halloween party hats all together outside. Colouring is helping us improve our fine motor skills and to associate the different colours we are using.
As is has been a cooler today we decided to stay outside for longer and enjoy the cooler weather before the rain comes! Then before we knew it; it was time to wash our hands again, head back inside for lunch and then have a big rest as our friends had a busy day outside!
