Hello everyone!!
Today we welcomed with open arms Diego, Millie, Jackson, Charlie and Macsen from both toddlers’ rooms this morning. We started our morning off enjoying the warm sun outside together were we all enjoyed playing in the sand making sandcastles and swinging on the swing with one another. We then all sat down together were we read “we’re going on a bear hunt” before transitioning inside for some yummy morning tea which was “coconut strawberry delight” with fruit which they loved!
After our friends enjoyed morning tea, we gathered around the table where we had set up an Aboriginal painting activity for our friends to enjoy as today is National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children’s day where we used the colours- black, red and yellow. After we got to enjoy some painting, we then all ventured outside together to enjoy some more spontaneous play. Before we knew it was time for lunch, so Miss Thais sat us all down together and all enjoyed “Wholesome Shepherd’s pie bites with cauliflower mash” for our lunch today.
We are now resting our bodies and ready for another fun spontaneous afternoon together. See you all soon!!
