What a fun day we’ve had today in the Toddler Room. It was such a lovely day today that we utilised the outdoor environment for the whole morning! Miss Jess set up an art experience for the children to participate in if they chose to. As well as the kinetic sand with various molds and other items to use. The children moved between the two activities for quite a while before venturing off to explore the outdoor environment some more.
The Toddler friends then played chase through the yard. They giggled as they ran saying “come catch me, come catch me.” The friends ended up in the sandpit and started digging while other others practiced their gross motor skills by balancing along the edge of the sandpit.
