Happy Friday Families and Friends!!!! 🙂

A warm welcome from toddlers two classroom. ♥
Today we have in our crew: Jackson C, Cameron, Indi, Edward, Noah, Leiana, Max, Spencer, Jackson B, Noa, Finley and Tai.

What a super fabulous day of fun play we had around here today. This morning the children were excited to explore the room and engage in a variety of fun play experiences, our friends had the opportunity to explore the environment around and search for their self-interest play. 🙂

Indoor experiences we engaged in today include:
♥ Role play in home corner was popular as around here, was great play pretended they are cooking and sharing ” the food” with their friends.
♥ Construction play was great fun as the children built transport vehicles with train tracks.
♥  Building tower with soft blocks;
♥ Sharing cuddles and story books on the group mat;

In our group time today we all set down in the group mat for ” the story time”. Today Miss Gabi read a book that called : ” Spot goes to the Farm” this book has been very popular around here. The children loved the story and guessed what is behind the flaps, when they discover what is hide in the page they said the animal name and Miss Gabi asks what this animal says? Then everybody so excited making the animals noises. Is a great fun story book!!! 🙂 Then was time to sing our favourite rhyme song as “wheels on the bus” and ” head, shoulders, knees and toes” after we song “bee bee bumble bee” to transition for washing hands.

In our group play today Miss Gabi set up some tables with a soft purple playdough. They love the sensory play at the tables as they rolling, squishing, sculping and moulding and made a variety of different shapes as a balls. They enjoyed practicing cut skills too using playdough scissor and proper playdough tools. This activity was sensory based and thus supported language development, cognitive growth, motor skills, problem solving and social interaction.

Other play experiences today included:
♣ Free play out in the yard as they explored everything we had set up throughout the yard;

♣   Saying “hello” to the horses and feeding the yummy apples.

Now we are having a lovely rest time in our beds listening to soft music and relaxing by charging our energy for another big play outside in the afternoon!

Check out the photos.

With Love ♥
