Hello and welcome! Today in Toddler Two we were joined by our friends Channel, Kezia, Rania, Parker, Everly, Zahra, Alexia and Noah. We started off our day this morning outside. It was perfect play weather. Not too hot and no mosquitos. We played in the sand pit, using our shovels to dig holes and make mountains. Also filling our shaped buckets to make fun sandcastles.
The weather was even so nice today that when it came to our dancing lesson we did it outside on our wooden stage. Everyone had a blast as we danced to some of our favourite songs. Heads, shoulders, knees and toes and colour freeze.
Miss Jeni also gave us some Pom Pom ruffles to shake to the beat of the music. Everyone loves copying the teachers moves and dancing with the ruffles. The children love to shake fast and slow to make different noises.
After we came inside and did some indoor play with some of the toys. We used puzzles blocks and shape toys to play with. Parker even found the rainbow streamers and brought it to the mat to show his friends saying “look, look”.
