Hello Families and Friends! 😊
Today we welcome in our classroom Avery, Adem, Jackson, Mathias, Cameron, Edward, Noah, Leiana, Kynell, Peyton, Max, Spencer, Noa and Finley.
Another fabulous day we are having around here today. Our day started with our friends outside enjoying the fresh freeze and the warm sun with our friends from toddlers one.
Riding bikes around the yard, play in the sand pit, and watching a red truck cutting our neighbours grass were the most favorited experiences in the yard in this morning.
Before came inside for morning tea we had a visit of Mister Daniel teaching us about the magical art of Arakan. The children engage in the practice and enjoy practicing the arakan tricks.
The time past so fast when we are having fun then was time to start our morning routine, group time and morning tea. For our group time today, we read a book that calls “My family” to started work out in our international Day of families that we will celebrate tomorrow. The story tells about the different kinds of families there are in the world. With their listening ear on our friends set down in the mat and engage in the story book. Is so nice to se how our friends been enjoying our group time. 😊 When the story finished, we sang our favourite nursery rhyme songs and then the children transition for washing hands and morning tea time.
For morning tea today we had a yummy vegan fresh toast served with a delicious triple berry compote, and drizzled with vegan white chocolate.
With their tummies full our little friends were excited to explore the room and engage in a variety of fun play experiences. Looking for their self-selected play our friends enjoyed playing with blocks – connecting parts and building cars and towers, also, riding the little tiger around the classroom and jumping in the little cows.
Role play in dolls house was the most popular play around here this morning – they enjoyed making different rooms in the dolls house, putting the little people in the bath, on the bed, set a table for the dolls have a lunch and much more. Our friends imagination flows way and they love playing with “real life” 😊
For lunch time today we had another tasty meal. Today we had a Mexican beans tortilla with guacamole served with fresh salad. Our friends really like this meal. 😊
Now we are having a lovely rest time in our beds listening to soft music and relaxing by charging our energy for another big play outside in the afternoon!
