Happy Thursday♥

Warm welcome to our joyful Thursday! Today we are greeted by Noah, Finley, Edward, Leiana, Jackson, Kynell, Spencer, Max and Cameron♥

This morning with the weather becoming warmer throughout the day we decided to slip, slop our sunscreen on grabbing our hats and heading for the outdoor environment and we were met with a cool breeze that kept the weather nice for us as we explored and freely played. Miss Jess, Spencer and Jackson were waving a big hello to our friendly horse next door! Miss Jess carefully fed the horse some tasty grass so it would pop its head closer for the children to be in awe as it gave a little smile and neigh! What an experience that was! Edward, Max and Noah showed a great interest in filling up the buckets of water and watering our garden. They were showing great care for their environment. Leiana, Jackson, Spencer enjoyed building sandcastles and digging in the sandpit with Miss Jess and Miss Gabi, meanwhile Kynell enjoyed speeding around on the bikes.

After our wonderful morning we all headed inside for our morning routine. This morning Miss Jess read “A suprise on the f” The children are so engaged as when they are asked “Can you find the horse” They carefully look before pressing the right one to make the sound. We then sang “Bee, Bee bumble bee” to transition to washing hands before morning tea. All children are honestly doing so well at saying their names, even those that need a little assistants in saying it first for them to try to repeat they are really booming with confident and self recognition and it truly is amazing.

After morning tea all children packed away their plates and drinks before heading off to freely adventure around the room. The building blocks and animals were a hit with the children as they built tall towers before knocking them down and doing it again. They too enjoyed making the sound of the animals that they were exploring and feeding them the leaf’s as food.

Before we did water art of our families we had Mr Dan from Arakan come this morning! Mr Dan helped us with our hand and eye coordination as we had to catch the soft ball and throw it back to him. We also tried to be really quick to put our hands on our head, nose and tummy before we got tapped with the squeaky toy. All children had to listen carefully to the instructions given and all did a wonderful job for their first time.

Time flew by as before we knew it, it was time to get ready for lunchhhhhhh!! Our friends all sat up ready to fill their tummies and head off to sleep to rest their bodies for a fun filled afternoon.

Thank You for today Toddlers Two,

See you all soon♥
