Good after families and friends. Today the children engaged in some repurposed collage and craft. They chose to create cardboard box faces, working in pairs and groups of three, discussing what they were going to do as they shared the glitter glue, egg cartons, material and pom poms to create their faces! After that we engaged in free play activities of the children’s choosing – Lego was a huge hit, colouring and also jigsaw as some children completed 3D jigsaws with Miss Simona. Exploring our new books was fun as we found some really great stories to read. After lunch we started making our treats for our Teddy Bears Picnic that we are hoping to have outside this afternoon weather permitting. I will add more photos at a later stage.
