Good afternoon families!
Welcome to babies two. This Monday we welcome Parker, Olive, Loki, Bella and Winston. It has been such a good day today as we explored both indoor and outdoor experiences under the good weather. This morning children explored the table set up with blocks, shapes and animals with other lots of resources. Then we all sat at the table and did a drawing until the morning tea is arrived. We used different colours and shared with other friends and it was so nice to have a morning free drawing session to start our day.
Then we packed away all the colour pencils and enjoyed morning tea. then we headed outside straightaway and enjoyed playing with the shaving form mixed with green colour. We set up this beautiful experience for the St. Patrick day. we will be doing lots of new experiences related to this. Olive, Parker, Bella, Winston and Loki had lots of fun touching it and running their fingers through shaving form to feel this soft texture. We all covered with shaving form after few minutes. Then we got cleaned up and explored the sensory tray we made with all green stuff for the St Patrick day. Children loved picking all the resources one by one and thinking what they can do with them. They carefully went through all the resources and observe them with Miss.Hansani and Miss.Jess. Of course, they loved the colour combination with Light green and dark green. Then Loki, Bella and Winston did their free painting while sitting at the table. They loved using pipe cleaner instead of using paint brushes.
