Happy Wednesday families and friends. This afternoon we carried on with our investigation of different textures. This time we used felt as our canvas and as the children painted they chatted about how they liked the feeling of the felt and that it was different from painting on paper. We again visited the purple glitter play dough but today we used scissors to cut out shapes, as well as the cookie cutters. Some of us even created volcanos. Other activities we enjoyed and that have become the children’s favourites, that they ask for everyday are – drawing and block construction where we created towers, trucks and spaceships.
