BABIES 1 – MONDAY 10th AUGUST 2020.
Welcome to Monday yet again in the Babies 1 Room with Miss Kate and Miss Lilly! The weeks are certainly whizzing by and we ensure we never miss a valuable learning opportunity here but recognising that every interaction is an opportunity! 😊 This morning the children seemed extra hungry so we enjoyed an early morning tea consisting of fruit, muesli and yoghurt to set us all up for a busy day ahead! 😊
Some of our children happily participated in free drawing at the table today using the coloured pencils to practice our creativity and coordination skills. We have been busy bees getting ready for Father’s Day and also adding to our many meaningful art displays here in the Babies 1 Room. 😊
Our musical trolleys, and cube were really popular this morning as our friends learn through play and extend their concentration spans and cognitive development pushing the buttons! 😊
BUBBLES are always a favourite and great distraction if we are feeling sad here whereby the children love watching, popping and chasing these outside! 😊
The traditional Aboriginal Music from Geoffrey Gurrumul was positively responded too by all of our friends as we smiled as we learn they are the traditional owners of this land and show us respect to this! 😊
