THURSDAY 30th JULY 2020 – BABIES 1.
Welcome to Thursday friends and families from Babies 1 with Miss Kate and Miss Lilly! 😊 Today we celebrated INTERNATIONAL FRIENDSHIP DAY with all our friends participating in some free drawing in our artbooks using the coloured pencils to practice our creativity skills. 😊
The children took an interest in our basket of rattles this morning being confident and involved learners and demonstrating cause and effect shaking the different rattles. 😊
We also spent our day looking at some of favourite picture books following the SEE – SHOW – SAY technique to extend our language and vocabulary development. 😊
Outside play was enjoyed by all of our friends on this beautiful day today where we explored the rocking toys, obstacle course, duplo bricks, dolls and sandpit with buckets and spades to increase our physical gross motor skills. 😊
Miss Lilly has started another art display in our room making balloons for our new birthday display which all the children were happy to participate using the yellow paints to get messy and creative! 😊 We have finished our Hungry Caterplilar Display and are still working on our Self-Helps Display too! We have had a busy week! 😊
