WEDNESDAY 15th JULY 2020 – BABIES 1.
Welcome to Wacky Wednesday in the Babies 1 Room with Miss Kate and Miss Lilly! Today Miss Lilly welcomed our friends for the fun day ahead as Miss Kate had a later start and we also had the helpful hands from Miss Jordan too today! 😊 Our friends couldn’t wait to get stuck into some smoothie, yoghurt and banana to set us up for the morning of exploratory play both inside and outside as we grow into being confident and involved learners! 😊
Olive practised crawling on all fours as a follow up to a goal we have set for in accordance with the developmental milestones for her physical gross motor development. Both Edward and Oliver enjoyed some one-to-one time with Miss Kate to extend our language development which they are thriving in whilst being in a supportive environment. 😊
Parker, Payton, Miller and Daris all explored the basket of assorted rattles today as they learn cause and effect and increase their fine motor skills through cognitive skills. 😊
A highlight today was singing throughout the day as the children respond positively to favourite nursery rhymes with actions being sung throughout the day! 😊
Miss Lilly took some of our friends outside for a play today which they all loved in the beautiful sunshine! Today we increased our physical gross motor skills as we checked out the push along toys and sand play! 😊
