♥♥ HELLO BABIES 2!! ♥♥
We have had a great day today!! We spent the morning outdoors today as it is outdoor classroom day!! We enjoyed our morning tea outside, enjoyed some climbing and playing on the bikes and seesaws. It was a very hot day so we went next door with Babies 3 and enjoyed some water play with some buckets and the hose. This was a great way to cool us down on this very hot day. After a busy morning playing in the water, we went back to our yard to get dried off and ready for lunch. We enjoyed a yummy lunch outside before coming inside for a sleep. We wanted to sleep outside today but it was a bit too hot!! Maybe we can try tomorrow if it isn’t too hot outside!! Yesterday afternoon we started a foil glitter art experience, I’ve added the pictures below. We are going to do some more of these this afternoon before afternoon tea. The children really loved this art experience and were practicing their Fine Motor Skills by picking up the glitter in their fingers and sprinkling it onto the glue painted on the foil. Some of the children used their whole hand to pick up the glitter, we encouraged them to use their fingers to pinch the glitter and put it on the page. They all did so amazing and were able to try with their fingers after Miss Hope demonstrated. Well Done!
