♥♥ HELLO BABIES 2 !! ♥♥
We have had a beautiful day in our classroom today!! Miss T’arn and Miss Simona welcomed Finley, Cameron, Jackson, Max and Liz this morning with lots of cuddles!! We spent a little time outside this morning before coming in to enjoy some yummy morning tea. After morning tea, Miss T’arn asked the children if they wanted to make some Playdough. She then asked them what colour we should make the playdough to which Finley responded “BLUE!” Miss T’arn told them all the colours she had “Yellow, red, green, pink! “ but Finley was certain he wanted to make “BLUE!” playdough today! Which also worked really well with all the activities we have been doing for the past couple of weeks. We have done a lot of water and ocean themes and blue jelly so it was perfect to add in some blue playdough as well!! Miss T’arn put all the ingredients onto the table to mix together. Finley, Max, Jackson and Liz really enjoyed this part. Squeezing and mixing the playdough together. Once it was all mixed together and a dough texture we shared the playdough out to the children to play with, giving them different shape cutters. Cameron came to the table and sat down to play with the playdough. He enjoyed cutting different shapes with Miss Simona. This was so much fun and the children really enjoyed being a part of the whole process. I think we may need to do some baking next!!
After having lots of fun inside and cleaning up our mess we went outdoors to stretch our bodies and get some fresh air. We enjoyed climbing, riding bikes, pushing trolleys, reading books and sliding on the slide. After such a busy morning everyone was getting hungry and ready for a sleep. Liz and Finley were doing the “eat” and “more” sign language to let Miss T’arn and Miss Simona know what they needed.
