Happy Friday babies 3 families,
This morning we enjoyed an indoor and outdoor free choice play. Inside we had set up a doctor station, this was awesome to see Orion, Ivy and Lincoln helping each other using the thermometer, blood pressure and heart rate equipment. Animal area with our sea animals, farm animals and safari animals. All our friends have taken great interest in animals with our books, puzzles and toys. Outside we set out in the yard lawn mowers, cow bikes, wheel burrows, tunnel and balls. We also set up the sandpit with shovels, buckets, rakes and dump trucks. Ariana loved the Rhino sea saws and Lara and Bella enjoyed the musical instruments.
Then we had morning tea, today was fruit custard with crackers and apple.
After morning tea we ventured out to the big yard for a big run around and play on the obstacles. It has been great watching the children grow in confidence with this and watching them now problem solving with lots of encouragement when they think they are stuck.
We decided to stay outside for lunch and have a picnic. This was so much fun, we had pizza and veggies.
After a much needed rest we will have afternoon tea and a big afternoon play before home time.
