Good afternoon families!!

What a wonderful start to Thursday it has been. We had welcomed Olive, Oskar, Winston, Parker, Bella-Rose ,Daris, Forrest and  Austin.

Olive and Bella-Rose had enjoyed home corner, they love making Miss Shae yummy food as they role play implementing their own individual life skills all while enhancing communication skills. After having some free time exploring inside it was time to wash our hands and  sing songs together while at the morning tea table singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star doing the actions to the songs together before eating our yummy toast and beans.

Once filling up on our morning tea and washing our faces and applying sunscreen we ventured outside to dig in the sandpit , building an array of different things from castles and covering our feet with the sand to lift them up all while giggling asking for “more” until educators repeated the activity again. One by one the children had the opportunity to get our hands dirty with an areay of bright coloured paints and Shells, using sea shells as paint brushes to make a wonderful masterpiece  allowing the children to gain multiple benefits such as sensory, fine motor, colour recognition and creative minds. After all the children had finished the shell painting experience, we ventured back outside to re investigated the yard to see all the wonderful play equipment that had been setup. enjoying the seesaw, balance beams, slide, foam blocks and climbing frames and books.

We would like to remind parent Tomorrow  Friday 16th April is  a puppet show  for children attending the centre. This will be babies 2 first incursion to attend. If you would like your child to attend, please fill out the permission form and give back to Room Educators. If you would like your child not to attend, please also let either educator know.

Much Love Miss Shae and Miss Tatiane xoxo💕
