Hello Families and welcome to Monday,
We have had a magical day, even with the chilly weather. The children quickly rugged up and we were away outside to play in the sunshine this morning. We loved playing with the drawing that was set up as well as the usual activities of Coffee for Miss Sharon. The children love to make Miss Sharon a cup of coffee every day from the sandpit, it is the best one I have all day.
We have also started on our new topic of insects today, the children have made spiders with Matthew and Emily working hard to thread the pipecleaners into the egg carton. We have also looked at the new book that will support our learning and discovered that insects have three segments or body parts and no bones.
The children have had a lovely day exploring and playing together, we hope that you have all enjoyed Monday as much as we have.
