Hello to all our Pre Kindy Families,
Today has been such a beautiful day outside (although a little windy) ..so we took advantage of the sun and were able participate in a ballet class provided by Miss Tia and her friend Miss Cheryl from the New Zealand School Of Dance. We would like to thank both Miss Tia and Miss Cheryl, as the children all thoroughly enjoyed this activity as they danced around the outdoor classroom. Once inside, we engaged in a variety of activities .. Eva, Ellie, Mace and Braxton used role play in the hospital area that Miss Donna had set up, and chatted to each other as they looked after their babies and made sure they were healthy, listening to their heartbeat, taking their temperature, making them rest in bed and applying many bandaids where necessary 😊😊 … Xavier, Hazel, Reid and Eva also chose to do some stamp painting out on the verandah, before coming inside where they joined Arlo at the playdough table, rolling the dough and using various cutters to form animal shapes. The mobile, our books and singing was also popular today … this afternoon we will continue to enjoy our new playground.
