Hello families,
Welcome to a terrific Thursday! Today, we started our day outside soaking up as much vitamin D as we could, before it started to rain! We had lots of fun this morning exploring and playing with our friends 🙂
Once we made the transition inside we sat on our mat for our morning yarn time. We sang our Morning songs and showed each other our Book Week costumes and stories to all of our friends! It was great to see some of them stand up in front of the group and excited to share their characters and books 🙂
As we spent the rest of our morning inside, we participated in some fun table activities as well choose our own toys/activities to play with based on our own interests. We are very lucky to have a classroom environment with lots to choose from and play with!
Soon after, we attended our weekly ARAKAN lesson and we all did really well in our participation and enthusiasm. Good job friends!
After putting our self-help skills into practice and packing away all of our fun mess, we came together on the mat for our afternoon group time. Miss Leesa spoke to us about the new week we are going into and surprised us all with the Halloween decorations she got for us to decorate the classroom. She also got us excited for all the Halloween fun and activities that she has planned! We can’t wait!
Following that, we read some interesting stories and sang some of our favorite songs before getting ourselves ready for big lunch and rest time.
