Happy Tuesday families and friends…
Today in the Senior Kindy room the children were excited have morning tea and then venture back outdoors to explore and enjoy the outdoor environment. The children practiced their balancing skills on the river ricks, pedaling skills on the bikes and climbing and balancing skills on the obstacle course. The children children took turns jumping from the plank onto the mat and comparing how far they could jump. The children also enjoyed play on the outdoor classroom having running races and then having turns down the big slides.
Indoors the children engaged in role play in home corner and with the baby dolls, sharing story books on the mat, transport play with the emergency stations and grocery shop play. Yarn time this afternoon we will be sharing a new story book entitled ‘The Very Super Bear’ to go along with our Nick Bland story book collection about bears.
