Happy Tuesday families and friends!
What a wonderful day of fun and play in the Toddler room today!. This morning we welcomed our new friend Finley to our Toddler family. We hope you had fun today meeting new friends and exploring the environments Finley. Today the children were given the opportunity to engage in a variety of fun play experiences. The children expressed their creativity finger painting as they observed the paint was cold on their fingers. The children then requested playdough play again as they manipulated the dough back and forth to make pretend sausages. Yarn time today the children chose some of their favourite songs and rhymes as we all sang along with the finger puppets. Today’s favourites included I Had a Little Turtle, See the Little Crocodile, Little Mousey Brown and Galomp. Other play experiences included role play with the baby dolls, sharing story books, construction play with the lego and playing with diggers in the sandpit,
