Good Afternoon Families,
This morning Miss Thais, Miss Bec, and Miss Maddi welcomed our friends outside where we played in the yard.
We then slowly made our way inside to wash our hands and sit down together to have morning tea which was banana, watermelon, and a muffin. We then sat down for group time. As this week is book week and our book of choice is “We Are Going on a Bear Hunt’. To extend our bear topic we also read “Polar Bear Night”. They sat beautifully and were very engaged!
During our activity time, Miss Bec helped our friends to create bear faces, by using paper plates and black paint. We then transitioned outside where our friends had the opportunity to play cooking in the sandpit, play with animal puppets, and ride bikes around the path. Time flew and before we knew it, it was time to come back inside, eat lunch, and have rest time.
